Priscilla Presley glamourous make up look, pixiwoo

Quote
Spend life with those who make you happy
Not who you have to impress

Priscilla Presley, gorgeous make up look for nights out.

 ***My favourite beauty products***

Priscilla Presley, such a stunner now and of course back when she was younger, super glam make up for night....just love it!

I definitely think to recreate this make up look that the make up tutorial that one of the lovely Pixiwoo sisters (Samantha Chapman) on Youtube did....Pamela Anderson make up look! Smokey eyes, big lips and gorgeous volume in the hair!! Perfect and so sexy! From my memory after doing this look I think products Samantha recommended should be used/products I use adapted from what I usually use/love when doing this look.

Foundation
Oily skin/t-zone with slight acne
Estee Lauder foundation-Double Wear light
In my experience is oxidises and well hello orange line down my neck come 3pm. Not a good look! Might give it a go during summer with a mix of other foundation and applying it with my Real Tecniques stippling brush that I am currently using.

or

Revlon Colorstay mixed with L'oreal 24 hr Infallible foundation
This mix is seriously gorgeous at night! It gives me such perfect skin, covers spots and I just have a glow and in photos my skin just looks glowy and flawless and thank goodness not so ghost like that flash photography always causes (this is the case with Estee Lauder Double wear!)

Concealer
Any imperfections that need even more covering up??
Vichy Dermablend Concealer in 01-
This small tube lasts for ages, like 2 years so although it might seem pricey at around £12 for such a little tube it is soooo good!

Vichy foundation- I do not need so much coverage from a foundation and I am not a fan of the colours/shades in that range as they seem to be too pinky/orange for me, I like a bit of yellow tone- neutral for my skin. Also their foundations oxidise badly throughout the day whilst on your face just like Estee Lauder Double Wear light does in my experience.

Cheeks!
Chanel bronzer or MAC Gingerly or Benefit Hoola
Lots of blending

Prestige Mineral Highlighter
Around £10, it is better then Mac skinfinish or whatever their highlighter brick is with massive bits of glitter in.
Still to be found on sale in UK online in various places though sadly discontinued in Boots UK! Shame on them

An alternative highlighter is Accessorize baked bronzer which comes in 3 shades I believe which is really similar to the Prestige baked bronzer and is a bit cheaper at around £7.  You can purchase the line in Superdrug or Accessorize. In my experience Accessorize baked make up is actually surprisingly great.

Lips
Mac Spice lipliner
All over the lip with any neutral lippy over the top

Eyes
Any dark Sleek palette or one of my Urban Decay palettes which last ageees.
Lots of blending! Boots No.7 range & Stila brushes for me!

Any L'oreal Liquid eyeliner
On the top and bottom eyeline (smudge with finger on lower lashline, really defines eyes!)
Really good lasting power, especially on the lower lash line as I tend to have watery eyeline and Kohl pencil eyeliners just end up all smudgy and horrible after an hour, no good!  (not the actual waterline)

Collection 2000 Big Fake Lash mascara
Pros
 1.£4.99 absolute bargain
2.My eyes look amazing yes amazing with this on! Really big lashes so fantastic for dramatic eyes day or night!

Cons:
 1.Really hard to remove
 2.Sometimes stings my eyes
3.Tends to look clumpy if apply 2nd layer later in the day
 4. Often get transfer onto just under my eye throughout the eye and I only apply it to my top lashes! How strange! Too much looking down at my desk and yawning maybe? ;)

Samanatha Chapman-tutorial which I think gives fab tips on how to achieve the above look of the gorgeous Priscilla Presley.

New Look fashion delights! Boticca leather bag, River Island and ASOS accessories

***Early February fashion wishlist***
New Look
Boticca
River Island

I hope everyone is having a fantastic Sunday!! Here are some beauties I am loving after going out shopping yesterday! Excited to see winter clothing is having to make room for spring clothes in the shops. I hate winter clothes, nothing more uninspiring then boring and dull colours that fill the shops for day wear, give me bright summer clothes any day, layer them up with a cardi and tights and boom! I know jumpers  do the trick in keeping you warm but if I am dressing down that much to wear a jumper then well my uni hoodies are coming out. I like to otherwise look chic so here we go, here are my finds and delights on my February wishlist!

Hope you enjoy!!

So my latest find is this fabulous blue leather bag with a tan bow. Ahhh I want it so badly! Just imagine it once lived in and a bit battered. I love leather handbags so much and always something unique which I think this definitely is.
